Shipping policy

Our standard trade pack size is 6 unless otherwise shown.

Trade prices on this website are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are exclusive of VAT. All goods and carriage are subject to VAT at the standard rate.

Our minimum order is £75.00 + VAT.

Carriage is free on orders of £100.00 + VAT or over (UK mainland only). We are sorry, customers in the Highlands and islands may incur extra carriage charges due to increases in costs to deliver to these areas.

Orders under £100.00 will be subject to a carriage charge of £8.00.

We usually use a next-day courier service to ship all orders.

All products are supplied on a firm sale basis only.

Any damages, faults or shortages must be reported within 7 days of delivery date.

Payment is strictly within 30 days of invoice date.

All goods remain the property of Rachel Ellen Designs Ltd until payment is received in full.
